Refund Policy

Returns

Kira & Mila want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise purchased online that is shipped to an Australian address for a store credit within 7 days from the date your order is received.  Note: we don't accept any garments with make up marks or any scents, as we deem that as worn.

Returns postage are to be covered by the customer.

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 7 days from the date your order is received. We will exchange it for a different size provided the requested size is still available. If not, we could exchange it for a different item of same value.

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us within 3 days upon receipt of your order.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective Items

  • All our merchandise are quality checked before they are shipped, and we keep records of it.

  • By any chance, if you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include 3 clear photos of the damage/defect/fault from different angles with your email.

  • Our team will assess the damage, fault or defect, and notify you of the outcome or if we require further information in order to process your claim.

  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.


Return Process

- Start your return process by emailing us. Stating the reason of your return and attach 3 photos if item/s is faulty and showing the fault clearly.

- Once we assess and authorise the returns, a unique return or exchange code will be issued.

- Use Australia Post standard parcel and send back the merchandise.

- Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit note of same value. 

- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

International Return Policy

- The same as Australia Return Policy. Except that you are responsible for return shipping fees, taxes or any other international custom duties.

How long does it take to process the return?

  • Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

  • Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your Kira & Mila credit note via email within 5 business days.
